Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, to ensure fairness and proper scheduling, please take note of our refund policy: Refunds will not be accepted for cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason. No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by this policy.
